However much of the content is customized to each cleaning company. There are about 30 companies around the country that I am aware of that use the template.

I am unsure of what agenda you are speaking of, I have no problem with other people starting independent companies. I do have a big problem with people who start independent companies or franchises and use unethical sales tactics to acquire business. Those companies put a blemish on the industry for all companies
Good tips, BUT ... Good tips, BUT established companies or franchises have also an agenda to prevent you from going to a independent business. They can cite their certificates as proof as doing a good job. At the end of day it is? cleaning carpets, not rocket science. Most companies in this trade started of small, plus inexperienced then built up business. Yes the tips are very important to remember but dont think big companies are always best.
